The floor plan redrawn around how the family actually lives, sightlines, circulation, and rooms that earn their square footage.

Structural reconfiguration
Walls moved or removed, openings widened, steel set where the new plan asks for it. Engineered, permitted, and inspected, never improvised.

Kitchen
The center of most full home briefs. Custom cabinetry, stone, and integrated appliances at the standard of our dedicated kitchen practice.

Primary suite & Baths
Bedroom, bath, and closet reworked as one composition. Plumbing and electrical brought fully to current standards behind the finishes.

Millwork & Cabinetry
Built-ins, paneling, and storage drawn for the house rather than pulled from a catalog. One millwork language across every room.

Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing
Systems sized to the renovated load, not patched around. Panels, HVAC, and water lines are addressed while the walls are open.

Thermally broken replacements, insulation corrected to current standards, and the building sealed properly before anything decorative goes in.
